I was directed “Windows Defender Security Center” to commit to a “Fresh Set-Up”, and now I have the Win Defender Shield showing ‘Red’ and when I search to fix the problem, it directs me to look into the “Device Performance Health” and then directed to install the missing drivers, but this device does not seem to be able to find it or them in the device manager.

Good luck! I should of taken a few screenshots for you all to help pinpoint this issue, but I will when I get back to the device.
