Which I always do, I spend my money on their gold. But Ive only done it in CI5 one time and thats it. No more money for them. If the game offered more free items and use speed up times like CI4 I would spend more. I did buy several times for CI4, but it was way worth it. If you try CI5 just go with the given cash and start out frugal then let at least your cash build up, which takes forever.

You don’t have to spend any money on the game if you don’t mind playing it overtime. One thing is I wish their was a way you could change angles on how you look at your city. Especially when you are building roads.
Just would be useful to have a map function. This is the best City Island Game so far. I really liked the option of using the currency exchange, but it quit working two days ago.
Other than that, I like that you can play this game without having to buy anything and it is still enjoyable. For those of you who like to go faster, you have the option of buying coins so you can do that. I hope they add another island soon. Great game! This game is an amazing simulation game.
It is one of the best I have ever played. However, one thing is how hard it is to get coins. You only get poker coins which are used for rewards by buying more land, which is not a big deal.
